Job Summary

Own end-to-end experiential marketing execution, aligning Tier 2/3 events with Tier 1 activations while driving efficient operations, budgeting, and vendor onboarding to deliver scalable, high-impact activations.

  • Event Operations: Plan, execute, and oversee logistics, timelines, activation plans, and on-site delivery for multiple event tiers.
  • Operations & Efficiency: Manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding to drive cost savings and scalable processes.
  • Asset & Records Management: Maintain inventory, asset production/deployment, shipping, post-event handling, and documentation for partnerships and reporting.

Job Description

Own end-to-end experiential marketing execution, aligning Tier 2/3 events with Tier 1 activations while driving efficient operations, budgeting, and vendor onboarding to deliver scalable, high-impact activations.

  • Plan and execute Tier 2 & Tier 3 events, while supporting Tier 1 activations.
  • Manage event logistics, including stakeholder communication, timelines, and activation plans.
  • Manage product orders, asset sourcing, rentals, and staffing for events.
  • Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site execution as needed.
  • Support ideation and development of experiential marketing programs.
  • Track and maintain event and sampling calendars and performance reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate activations through creative thinking and continuous improvement
  • Lead regular budget check-ins to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Partner with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and investment tradeoffs.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
