Experienced Field Marketer Future Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners and generate quality appointments for our roofing, siding, window, gutter, and door divisions.
• Lead by example through consistent performance, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Help motivate and support other team members.
• Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and coaching.
• Learn how successful field marketing teams are trained, organized, and managed.
• Work directly with field leadership to understand performance goals and team development.
• Help build a winning culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results.

Requirements

• Previous door-to-door canvassing, field marketing, or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A competitive, goal-driven personality.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Individuals who naturally motivate and inspire those around them.
• A desire to grow professionally and eventually lead a team.
• Home improvement industry experience is highly preferred.
• Previous management experience is NOT required. We're looking for people with leadership potential and the desire to grow.
