Job Summary

Own the marketing execution for property listings and client Relationships, driving social content, listing campaigns, and CRM-enabled outreach to generate engagement and opportunities.

  • Social content: plan, create, and schedule posts around listings and brand-building initiatives.
  • Listing campaigns: coordinate multi-channel campaigns and asset production for launches.
  • CRM-driven outreach: manage campaigns and nurture client relationships through email and follow-ups.

Job Description

  • Create and schedule social media content, including listing promotions, market updates, and brand-building posts.
  • Prepare and execute listing launch campaigns across social media.
  • Utilize PJ Morgan Real Estate marketing materials to make flyers, brochures, listing presentations, and open house collateral
  • Coordinate and execute photography, videography, and drone services for property listings.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Maintain CRM database accuracy and support lead follow-up campaigns.
  • Create and deliver client pop-bys and gifts as part of client relationship efforts.
  • Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Experienced in coordinating photography, videography, and listing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Skilled in CRM management, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative on marketing ideas.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
