Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the Regional Brand Creative team cluster, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, growth, and positivity.
• Establish and uphold the creative vision and quality across every North American consumer touchpoint.
• Concept and lead integrated 360° campaigns from idea through production, post-production, and final delivery.
• Provide overall direction for photo and video productions while developing the team's concepting, art direction, and leadership capabilities.
• Raise the bar by championing exceptional craft, thoughtful design, strong typography, and a culture of constructive creative feedback.
• Adapt Global campaigns for North America and develop regionally relevant design solutions that support business objectives.
• Partner closely with VP Regional Creative, Marketing, Online, Consumer Engagement, Global Creative, Creative Operations, and agency partners to deliver impactful, on-brand work.
• Serve as the North American steward of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency while evolving brand expression for the regional market.
• Oversee the full scope of North American content creation across regional campaigns, ecommerce, retail, and product launches, ensuring creative excellence at every scale.
• Lead planning across campaigns, high-volume asset delivery, productions, timelines, approvals, and agency partnerships.

Requirements

• Exceptional creative taste with a portfolio demonstrating stellar design, typography, art direction, photography, and visual storytelling. Ability to adapt to established brand systems while creating original and compelling design solutions.
• Extensive experience leading integrated campaigns within beauty, fashion, luxury, or another design-driven industry, with the ability to balance breakthrough brand work and the ongoing delivery of high-volume digital, ecommerce, and CRM assets.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing creative teams.
• Experience concepting and directing event and experiential design.
• Strong strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into compelling ideas and meaningful consumer experiences.
• Experience leading photo and video productions from concept and casting through on-set art direction and post-production.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build compelling presentations and confidently sell ideas.
• Experience managing agency relationships, creative production, talent, and external partners.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Passion for exploring AI as a tool to improve workflows, efficiency, and innovation.

Preferred

• Photography, videography, video editing, and self-created Lo-Fi content are a plus.
