Salary range from 75K to 120K commensurate on experience

About the Role

RPR is seeking an Executive Assistant who will work directly with our President with day to day administrative and operational duties. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and have great communication skills. Must have experience with C Level partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, preparing presentations and reports and preparing communications on behalf of the CEO
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Screen calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and create itineraries.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and take notes
  • Maintaining files, records, and databases.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including executive leaders, customers, and partners.
  • Draft, review, and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents.

Qualifications:

  • Must have experience assisting C level Executives with correspondence and heavy inbox management
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant (at least 2 years)
  • Proficient in Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, often changing environment.
  • High level of attention to detail, with strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with all Microsoft Office products
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Attention to detail
