Job Description

Coordinate and optimize marketing leadership workflow to keep campaigns, events, and partnerships on track, turning busy calendars into disciplined execution and timely decisions.

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and priorities for marketing leadership -- ensuring time is aligned to strategic objectives
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes and track follow-ups to ensure accountability
  • Act as a gatekeeper and facilitator -- prioritizing requests and ensuring timely responses
  • Coordinate internal communication across teams including Marketing, Digital Channels and Retail Products
  • Track marketing projects, timelines and deliverables across campaigns, initiatives, and departments
  • Ensure deadlines are met by proactively following up with team members and partners
  • Maintain project management systems (e.g., Asana, Kadence, etc.)
  • Help streamline workflows and identify inefficiencies
  • Manage invoices, budgets, credit cards and vendor coordination
  • Oversee ordering, shipping, and distribution of marketing materials to offices
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field, from an accredited college preferred. Experience in banking a plus, along with 3 or more years’ experience in an administrative professional role.
  • Ability to analyze situations to determine solutions or resolve problems
  • Ability to apply general accounting knowledge (debits, credits, balancing) to processes
  • Ability to apply knowledge and sound judgment in decision-making and understand consequences of decisions
  • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment, handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures (e.g., filing, correspondence, scheduling)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Kadence)
  • Banking experience a plus
