Job Title: Executive Assistant

The Company

Leveraging our unrivaled access to premium in-game inventory through league, team, and rightsholder partnerships, we deploy our state-of-the-art live sports media-buying platform for Connected TV and skillfully orchestrate in-venue branding campaigns across all major sports.

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted operational partner to our CEO while supporting other members of the executive team as needed.

This is not a traditional calendar-management role. The person in this position will help drive executive effectiveness — ensuring priorities stay aligned, information flows efficiently, and the leadership team is prepared, responsive, and well coordinated.

The ideal candidate has built a career in executive support, thrives in fast-moving environments, and understands how to operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.

Experience supporting senior leaders in media, advertising, sports, or technology organizations is strongly preferred.

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, priorities, scheduling and expense reports with a focus on maximizing time and impact
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve conflicts before they become issues
• Coordinate executive travel, meetings, and logistics with attention to efficiency and detail
• Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for key meetings and external engagements
• Serve as a central coordination point between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Leadership Team Support 

• Provide secondary support to the CRO, CPO, and COO, particularly for scheduling, coordination, and executive meetings
• Help organize leadership team operating rhythms, including staff meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional reviews
• Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, partner meetings, and company events

Operational & Communication Support

• Track action items and ensure follow-through across executive initiatives
• Help maintain organization around key priorities and strategic projects
• Draft or refine internal and external communications as needed
• Serve as a professional and thoughtful point of contact for senior partners and stakeholders

• 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the C-suite level
• Experience in media, advertising, sports, technology, or similarly fast-paced industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly as needs change
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability and follow-through
• Comfort working in a highly collaborative, evolving organization

This is a full-time position in our White Plains, New York office reporting to the Chief Executive Officer; must be based in the New York Metropolitan area.
