Events Representative

Responsibilities

• Represent our clients at live events, community events, and promotional campaigns throughout the Nashville area
• Engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
• Explain client campaigns, programs, and initiatives
• Answer questions and provide accurate information to event attendees
• Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for guests
• Support customer acquisition, outreach, fundraising, or promotional goals depending on the campaign
• Work alongside other team members to meet daily and weekly goals
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development workshops
• Maintain a professional and positive representation of our clients

Requirements

• Able to communicate clearly and confidently
• Comfortable working in an active, event-based environment
• No previous event, marketing, or sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop strong communication, customer service, event, and leadership skills.
