Client & Team Communication:

  • Communicate clearly with clients on logistics/deliverables/production timing
  • Liaise with Account leads to ensure scope/budget align with production realities
  • Collaborate with Creative to problem-solve feasibility/production solutions
  • Lead on-site execution; manage crews/vendors/timelines with precision

Vendor & Team Collaboration:

  • Send detailed vendor outreach communications
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors simultaneously on timelines, deliverables, and logistics

On-Site Event Support:

Post-Event

  • Conduct post-mortems/internal recaps to refine future processes
  • Support creation of recap decks/post-event documentation

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Obsessively detail-oriented and naturally organized
  • Fast learner and self-starter; highly motivated and not easily overwhelmed, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a calm, capable presence
  • A problem-solving mindset and resourceful, you’re able to provide – or research – solutions to anything that comes your way with a methodical, "track-everything" mentality
  • Proactive and anticipatory – you see what’s needed before it’s said
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects at once with shifting timelines
  • Smart, self-aware, and not afraid to ask questions
