Job Summary
Drive local event planning and field activation by leading a team to plan, negotiate, and run events in the assigned territory.
- Plan, organize, and execute local events and shows while leading a team of event representatives.
- Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory
- Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute local events and shows while leading a team of event representatives.
- Research and identify events and shows within the assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with event vendors and organizers
- Build and maintain an annual event calendar
- Recruit, hire, and train Event Demonstrators
- Schedule and manage staff for events
- Coordinate booth setup and teardown
- Generate and set appointments for free in-home consultations
- Collect contest entries and lead information
- Follow up on leads and schedule consultations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities
- Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be available to work weekends
