Responsibilities

• Set up and break down event spaces (In House Warehouse will Assist)
• Ensuring all materials and promotional items are ready for engagement
• Actively promote products and services and engaging presentations
• Collect data during events to track prospect, feedback, and engagement metrics
• Provide Photos to Marketing Team so they can post live updates, photos, and videos
• Build strong relationships with customers as an extension of the in house sales team
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak confidently in public

Requirements

• Experience managing social media platforms for marketing or promotional purposes
• Proven ability to handle sales objections with tact and professionalism
• Familiarity with data collection methods used during events for tracking prospects
• Technical proficiency in using tablets, smartphones, or other devices for demos
• Prior experience in event marketing or is advantageous but not required
