Job Description

Drive on-site event execution for a nationwide luxury auto experiential program, coordinating partners and logistics.

  • Own on-site event execution, production coordination, and vendor communication for national driving tours.
  • Serve as a key onsite team member, collaborating with agency partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Act as primary on-site contact for select partners, proactively troubleshooting issues in real time.
  • Handle event logistics including registration oversight, staffing coordination, asset placement, and experiential elements.
  • Track and manage event materials, branded assets, and inventory across markets.
  • Provide support to the National Driving Program team by helping develop, run, and implement key elements.
  • Travel to events and work weekends or holidays as needed.
  • Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail and professional presence in client-facing settings.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • A passion for the luxury automotive industry
  • 1+ years of experience in event planning, event production, or experiential marketing preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in fast paced, live event environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners while also working independently
  • Professional presence and strong communication skills, with willingness to represent a luxury brand in client and consumer facing settings
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel: Full time (75%-100%)
