Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand event objectives, themes, and specific requirements.
• Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and logistical arrangements.
• Negotiate contracts with venues, caterers, entertainment providers, and other vendors to secure optimal terms and services.
• Coordinate all aspects of event setup, including catering, décor, technical equipment, and guest accommodations.
• Manage event marketing efforts to promote events effectively through various channels and maximize attendance.
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, analyze success metrics, and identify areas for improvement for future events.
