Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead event content strategy, programming, and execution across iCapital’s US event portfolio.
  • Partner with the Brand, Product and Channel Marketing, Sales, Product, Investment Strategy teams, and senior leadership to identify key themes, trends, and thought leadership opportunities, ensuring content remains relevant, differentiated, and aligned with business objectives, industry developments, and client interests.
  • Establish content measurement frameworks to evaluate event effectiveness, audience engagement, and content pull-through across marketing channels, leveraging insights to inform future programming and extend the value of event content.
  • Own the end-to-end speaker journey across US events, including outreach, confirmation, content development, presentation reviews, rehearsals, briefing materials, production coordination, onsite support, post-event follow-up, and management of key communications and deadlines.
  • Partner closely with Product and Channel Marketing, Creative, Brand, Communications, Legal, Compliance, executive offices, and agency partners to coordinate content-related workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful execution across stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, sponsors, and external speakers on content strategy, messaging, and event participation.
  • Partner with the Sponsorship team to maximize sponsor participation through speaking opportunities, panel discussions, thought leadership sessions, and content activations that align with sponsor expertise and business objectives.
  • Build scalable content and speaker management processes, including playbooks, timelines, and frameworks that improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across events.
  • Track agenda performance, speaker effectiveness, and audience engagement metrics, delivering post-event insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and inform future event strategy.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in event content strategy, conference programming, communications, marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience developing content programs for large-scale conferences, executive forums, or thought leadership events
  • Comfortable developing overarching content frameworks, partnering with senior stakeholders on messaging, managing executive and external speakers, and driving the detailed processes that turn event agendas into impactful live experiences
  • Deep understanding of wealth management, alternative investments, and asset management is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with executive leaders and external speakers
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Able to travel domestically as needed

  • The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $165,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
