Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
• Support event setup, organization, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and provide a positive event experience.
• Engage with customers and answer questions about products and services.
• Assist with promotional presentations and activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and information to attendees.
• Help identify customer interests and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain organized displays, materials, and event areas.
• Communicate event observations and customer feedback to the team.
• Assist team members with day-to-day event activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and event attendees.
• Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable and adaptable in changing environments.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Previous event, promotional, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
