The Equipment (EQ) Coordinator is responsible for the quality control, accuracy, and documentation of al studio equipment during active production periods. This role focuses exclusively on equipment checks, testing, and paperwork to ensure all kits and subrentals are complete, functional, and properly logged.

Key Responsibilities

• Log all inbound and outbound sub-rentals accurately.
• Prepare and maintain PM build paperwork.
• Check equipment kit for completeness during builds and breaks.
• Test lighting equipment for proper function.
• Inspect silks, grip, and accessories for condition and accuracy.
• Maintain QC standards within equipment rooms.
• Report equipment issues, discrepancies, or damage promptly to supervisors.
• Hand off completed paperwork to supervisors for sign-off when rental sytem adjustments are required.

Training and Reporting

• Training provided by the Studio Manager and Floor Manager
• Reports to the Floor Manger and Studio Manager

Requirements

• Strong Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow established QC procedures
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.
• Experience in Photo and Motion equipment rental.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
