Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing product information
• Actively engaging customers to promote products and services, upselling, and meeting sales targets
• Maintaining an understanding of the products or services offered, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions, to communicate with customers
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions by executing in-store signage, distributing promotional materials, and assisting with special events or sales activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers by addressing any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
• Gathering feedback from customers, observing market trends, and providing insights to management to help inform product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store objectives, participating in team meetings, and supporting other team members as needed
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• A passion for customer engagement and hitting goals
• Comfortable standing for most of the shift
• Sales Experience Preferred, but not necessary
• Multitasking Skills
• Effective Communication skills (verbal/written)
• Conflict management skills
