Responsibilities

• Represent client brands professionally through face-to-face customer interactions in a retail environment
• Assist with in-store marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
• Deliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long-term customer loyalty
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales and marketing campaign efforts
• Track basic customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail
