Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of live events and promotional campaigns
  • Represent client brands professionally at retail events, community promotions, and marketing activations
  • Engage directly with customers to provide information about products, services, and promotions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive brand experiences
  • Support promotional marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Maintain event displays, marketing materials, and promotional assets
  • Track customer interactions and campaign results for reporting purposes
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve event and performance goals
  • Help ensure smooth day-of event operations and customer engagement activities

Requirements

  • Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
