Responsibilities

• Assisting with live events, promotional events, and community outreach activities
• Helping with event setup, preparation, activities, and breakdown
• Greeting and engaging with customers, attendees, and community members
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Assisting with marketing and promotional campaigns
• Sharing information about programs, services, and fundraising initiatives
• Representing clients, nonprofit organizations, and campaigns professionally
• Answering questions and providing accurate information
• Supporting customer engagement and community outreach efforts
• Working collaboratively with team members during events
