Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of promotional events and marketing campaigns
• Deliver excellent customer service during live events and brand activations
• Represent client brands professionally and communicate products, services, and promotions clearly
• Interact directly with customers to answer questions and provide information
• Support event marketing initiatives and customer engagement campaigns
• Maintain promotional displays, marketing materials, and event equipment
• Track customer interactions and assist with campaign reporting
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet event goals and performance targets
