• Engage with community members through professional, friendly, and informative conversations.
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions, programs, services, and fundraising initiatives.
• Build meaningful relationships that increase community awareness and supporter engagement.
• Create positive experiences that strengthen nonprofit campaigns and public involvement.
• Assist with event setup, coordination, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve outreach, fundraising, and marketing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service while serving as a professional ambassador for nonprofit partners.
• Track community feedback and engagement results.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, marketing, and professional development.
