Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent nonprofit organizations and community campaigns in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Connect with community members through face-to-face conversations and outreach activities.
  • Share information about nonprofit missions, programs, and community initiatives.
  • Help increase awareness and encourage public involvement in charitable campaigns.
  • Support community outreach events, promotional activities, and public engagement initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with community members, supporters, and volunteers.
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information about nonprofit programs and campaigns.
  • Gather community feedback and share insights to support outreach efforts.
  • Participate in paid training focused on communication, customer engagement, leadership, and professional development.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and professional representation of nonprofit partners.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, events, volunteer work, promotions, or community outreach is helpful but not required.
