Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and brand partners at community events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers and create meaningful conversations
• Assist with planning and executing marketing events and fundraising campaigns
• Track campaign performance and help achieve team goals
• Support team training, coaching, and leadership development
• Learn and implement marketing, sales, and management strategies
• Provide exceptional customer experiences while building brand awareness

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, fundraising, or events is a plus
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
