Responsibilities

• The Enrollment and Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase student enrollment in both neighborhood schools and the district's homeschool program.
• This position will create engaging content, including print and digital materials, videos, social media graphics, and advertisements, while also building relationships with local organizations to enhance community awareness and participation.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong background in social media management, graphic design, and video production.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PremierePro, or similar).
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with community partners and stakeholders.
