Responsibilities

• Marketing & Recruitment: Create and run email campaigns (on social media, Google, etc.) to help us hit our goals for new students.
• Social Media Content: Create engaging posts, photos, and short videos for our social media channels to show what life is like at NYSD.
• Student Outreach: Manage the follow up with interested students to help them move from "just asking questions" to successfully applying.
• Checking Results: Look at our data and student numbers to see what is working and give regular updates to our leadership team.
• Organizing Events: Plan and run events like Open Houses, online info sessions, and portfolio reviews.
• Teamwork: Work with our creative team to make sure all our brochures, emails, and ads look high-quality and match the NYSD style.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 years of work in marketing or college admissions.
• Tools: You should be comfortable using marketing software (HubSpot) and Google Analytics, graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Capcut), social media management tools (Hootsuite) and AI content planning tools (copy.ai or Jasper)
• Skills: You are good at managing projects, confident speaking in front of groups, and always looking for new ways to improve your work.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a similar field.
