Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing CRM strategy to support enrollment goals by developing undergraduate enrollment campaigns; including planning multiple content calendars, proposing and promoting events, guiding creative content generation, performing light copywriting, overseeing the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, digital, print).
  • Oversee and manage undergraduate print and digital marketing projects; including undergraduate collateral.
  • Lead planning and coordination timelines for campaigns, communications, and recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and implement conversion-focused strategies to move prospective students through the enrollment funnel.
  • Configure, manage, and optimize Technolutions Slate tools (queries, rules, forms, portals, events) to support enrollment goals.
  • Oversee and enhance lead generation and cultivation strategies to drive applications and enrollment.
  • Ensure and continuously improve the prospective student journey within Technolutions Slate through data-informed decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three years of experience in a professional marketing, advertising, or public relations environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience with email or other direct response marketing
  • Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM
  • A master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
