  • Plan and execute events and campaigns, collaborating with Fraternity partners and vendors to extend reach.

Job Description

Own and orchestrate FHC communications, events, and constituent education to build trust and engagement across members and chapters, pairing storytelling with modern marketing tools and partner coordination.

  • Responsibilities: Lead communications, content creation, and calendar management for FHC branding across print, web, email, social, and training materials.
  • Responsibilities: Create and manage content for FHC print, web, email marketing, social media, and member/officer training with Marketing/Communications team support when needed.
  • Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the FHC Communication Calendar.
  • Responsibilities: Conceptualize, create and facilitate events and promotional materials for special events, fundraising campaigns and other FHC or Fraternity projects.
  • Responsibilities: Stay abreast of advancing technologies and marketing trends and apply to current projects.
  • Responsibilities: Serve as photographer and videographer as needed.
  • Responsibilities: Manage the print and special marketing materials creation process internally and with outside vendors.
  • Responsibilities: Guide and manage the FHC’s constituent engagement and education efforts.
  • Responsibilities: Support training and education for IHQ-based and locally based staff members.
  • Responsibilities: Support collegiate member(s), parent(s), officer(s) and advisor(s) training and education in close conjunction with the Fraternity.
