Job Summary

Own and drive in-store education and advocacy for Endura cycling apparel across assigned retailers, leading relationship-building, merchandising support, and field reporting workflows.

Lead retail training and relationship management
Coordinate merchandising and product displays
Capture store insights and reports during visits

Job Description

Responsibilities

Educate retail associates on Endura cycling apparel and product features
Build strong relationships with bike shop and retail staff
Support retail merchandising and product displays
Capture store photos and complete reports using the ThirdChannel app
Conduct light inventory checks and competitive insights
Store Visits: 1–2 visits per month per store (about 1 hour per visit)

Requirements

Passion for cycling, bike gear, or outdoor sports
Experience in retail, sales, brand ambassador, or merchandising roles preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
Smartphone required (iOS 15+ or Android 10+)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned territory
