Job Summary
Own and drive on-site brand presence by engaging with potential customers at events and in-store locations, sharing information about window and door solutions, and coordinating free in-home consultations with the sales team.
- Own conversations with potential customers at events and locations
- Drive awareness of Renewal by Andersen window/door solutions and set up in-home consultations
- Support lead generation and customer engagement through on-site activities

- Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
- Start conversations and connect with potential customers
- Share information about our window and door solutions
- Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team
Requirements
- Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
- Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
- Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
- Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50-lbs
- Personal reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license
