Job Summary

Own the frontline outreach and relationship-driven recovery work, turning chaotic property-loss events into trusted recovery journeys by engaging property owners, responders, and community leaders and translating needs into actionable opportunities.

  • Own post-emergency outreach and revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners after fires, floods, or major damages.
  • Coordinate with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders, and community leaders to deliver high-quality care and build lasting trust.
  • Educate customers on services while guiding them through high-stress recovery to grow territory relationships and referrals.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
  • Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities
  • Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
  • Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs
  • Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities
  • ERC’s work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm
  • As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property
  • ERC’s are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Be familiar with assigned territory
  • Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
Requirements
  • Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
  • Proficient with a variety of current technology
  • Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
  • Sound planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
