Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and refine email marketing campaigns using industry-leading software such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, and email marketing platforms.
  • Manage lead segmentation and audience targeting through customer segmentation techniques to maximize campaign relevance and engagement.
  • Design compelling email content utilizing copywriting skills, HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop to create visually appealing messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, trigger personalized email sequences, and enhance overall campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance metrics using web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud analytics to evaluate campaign success.
  • Conduct A/B testing and controlled experiments to optimize email subject lines, content, send times, and design for improved open rates and conversions.
  • Analyze email marketing data to inform strategy development, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate on marketing project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Perform ongoing research on marketing controlled experiments to refine tactics and improve email automation strategies continually.
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, results, and insights to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on email campaign management and automation tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation strategies and lead segmentation techniques.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for customizing email templates; experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus for creating visual content.
  • Familiarity with web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce Analytics for monitoring performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and analyzing results to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to utilize SQL or similar database query languages for data analysis is advantageous.
  • Excellent copywriting skills combined with an understanding of email content marketing best practices.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and implementing automation workflows within Pardot or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing analytics, data-driven decision making, and e-commerce integration experience preferred.

  • Adobe Photoshop experience is a plus for creating visual content.
