Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end email strategy development for enterprise clients, from audit through roadmap creation
• Conduct deep audits of existing email programs, including lifecycle architecture, segmentation, deliverability, and performance
• Advise on segmentation strategy, data infrastructure, and personalization at scale
• Perform competitive and industry analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks
• Synthesize findings into clear, compelling strategic recommendations
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that communicate insights, opportunities, and roadmaps

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on strategy and consulting
• Proven experience working with enterprise organizations
• Strong knowledge of CRM and Marketo
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic insights
