Responsibilities

• Owning client relationships from onboarding through retention
• Building email + SMS strategies that move revenue (not just open rates)
• Running calls with clients and turning conversation into a clear plan
• Orchestrating what needs to happen, who owns it, and when it's due
• Keeping your team on-task, on-time, and efficient
• Keeping accounts healthy, growing, and renewed
• Every Account Manager at GrowthPointe is equipped with a full team, locked and loaded, experienced, and ready to execute the plan you set. Copy, design, deployment, project manager.
• Your core support includes a dedicated Implementation Specialist — your right hand, your second brain, your extra set of arms. They build what you blueprint.

Requirements

• Know Klaviyo like the back of your hand — not just the basics (min 3 years experience)
• Have e-commerce experience and understand what actually drives LTV
• Communicate with precision — to clients and internally — zero ambiguity, zero dropped balls
• Are obsessive about the details: the right send time, the right segment, the right brief
• Think in frameworks but move without bureaucracy
• Take pride in clients' growth, not just staying
• Are fluent in the tools: Slack, Asana, Google Suite, Claude, and Claude Code
• Agency experience is mandatory
