Job Description

Responsibilities

Own email marketing and lifecycle/segmentation strategy across the organization’s subscriber and donor base
Build and manage customer journeys, audience segmentation, and list hygiene
Support subscription growth and fundraising campaigns through targeted, data-driven email marketing
Write and refine email subject lines, headlines, and occasional landing page copy
Partner with the VP of Digital Marketing to make full use of a growing tech stack, including a newly built CDP
Explore and adopt AI and agentic marketing tools as part of the organization’s broader AI strategy

Requirements

Approximately 3 years of experience in email marketing
Experience with audience segmentation and list management
Fundraising or subscription marketing experience a plus
Comfortable with light copywriting (subject lines, headlines, landing page copy)
Openness to learning and using AI-assisted marketing tools
Comfortable operating within a large, evolving marketing technology stack
