Responsibilities

• We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist/Digital Content Writer (Email) to write engaging copy used in email marketing campaigns and programs. As an Email Marketer, you will also be responsible for developing the email campaign strategy and tactics to deliver persuasive messages. You will work cross-functionally to develop strategies and write copy for email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers and create original content that will engage customers through email.
• Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of their email campaign strategies and tactics. These metrics include:
• * click through rate
• * conversion rate
• * bounce rate
• * list growth
• * sharing/forwarding
• * ROI

Requirements

• Must understand email marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement, and the customer journey.
• 2 years experience minimum
• Measure results to evaluate and optimize campaigns
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement in email and other digital marketing efforts.
• Experience: Marketing automation: 2 years (Required)
