Job Summary

The role coordinates and tracks database marketing campaigns across channels to ensure alignment and timely deployment, while collaborating with CRM and creative teams to deliver consistent guest experiences. A prior experience with customer databases is considered a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for aggregating and tracking all database marketing campaigns on a shared marketing calendar to ensure that all enterprise teams are aligned and all marketing campaigns are deployed timely and strategically.
  • Proofs all creative and variable content across channels and communicates/executes necessary changes to ensure accuracy of programs.
  • Assists CRM team in the deployment of campaigns (email, mobile, etc.) and works to deploy on time.
  • Works with creative team to brainstorm and design variable content that aligns with the direction of the organization.
  • Monitors customer journeys across systems to help deliver consistent quality guest experience.
  • Coordinates database marketing initiatives to share property wide via online tools.
  • Fields customer and employee calls related to database marketing campaigns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in multiple communication channels including direct mail, e-mail, mobile or social media required.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality and act in a manner consistent with all legal and regulatory requirements and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Must be personable and professional, capable of using caution and discretion in communication.
  • At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
  • Primary work environment is in a climate-controlled office setting.

Preferred

  • Prior experience working with a customer database preferred.
