Email Marketing Coordinator - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns in Zoho Campaigns.
• Create and manage email automations, nurture journeys, and lead-generation workflows.
• Work with the marketing team to develop email communications supporting thought leadership, webinars, events, client results, and service offerings.
• Build and validate campaign audiences in Zoho CRM, including segmentation, list management, exclusions, and data-quality checks.
• Support the tracking and routing of leads generated through campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, including delivery, open, click, conversion, and unsubscribe metrics, and provide regular reporting and recommendations.
• Help troubleshoot campaign setup, automation, audience, and reporting issues within Zoho.
• Maintain an organized campaign calendar and ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
• Apply email marketing best practices related to deliverability, audience engagement, subject lines, content structure, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Two to three years of hands-on email marketing experience.
• Required experience using both Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM.
• Demonstrated experience building email automations, nurture campaigns, and lead-generation workflows.
• Experience with audience segmentation, contact-list management, campaign reporting, and email performance analysis.
• Experience in B2B marketing, professional services, consulting, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Experience creating or adapting marketing copy for email campaigns is preferred.
• Proficiency in Zoho Campaigns and Zoho CRM, including campaign setup, segmentation, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and how to use performance data to improve future campaigns.
• Ability to manage contact lists, exclusions, and campaign audiences with a high degree of accuracy.

Preferred

• Experience creating or adapting marketing copy for email campaigns is preferred.
