Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Email Marketing Strategy Provide strategic and tactical guidance on Epic’s email marketing programs.
  • Email Journeys & Automation Review and optimize email journeys and automation to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Segmentation & Targeting Review and optimize segmentation and targeting strategies to ensure relevant and timely messaging.
  • Testing, Deliverability & Engagement Review and optimize A/B testing strategy, deliverability, and engagement best practices.
  • Campaign Planning & Advisory Support Serve as a strategic sounding board for campaign planning, optimization, and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Iterable
  • Strong background in lifecycle, CRM, and email marketing
  • Proven ability to provide strategic guidance rather than execution-heavy support
  • Comfortable operating in a consulting or advisory role with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
