Job Summary

Own HubSpot email programs for donor fundraising with end-to-end ownership of segmentation, workflows, testing, and performance reporting.

  • HubSpot Email Campaigns: plan, deploy, and optimize multi-step emails across cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • CRM Health & Segmentation: maintain data quality, lists, suppressions, and audience targeting for consistent results.
  • Workflows & Reporting: build donor journeys, run A/B tests, and translate results into channel improvements.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and execute high-impact email campaigns weekly within HubSpot across the fundraising funnel.
  • Create and manage segmented lists, suppression lists, workflows, and automation in HubSpot aligned to CRM properties and pipeline structures.
  • Write compelling email copy for cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to drive engagement.
  • Regularly A/B test email content with the Director of Performance Marketing and apply learnings to future campaigns.
  • Honor deadlines in the editorial calendar, coordinate with cross-channel content, and track tasks in Asana.
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM health, ensure accurate data, monitor unsubscribe rates, engagement, and list sizes.
  • Collaborate with Growth Operations to integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools.
  • Strive to meet email KPIs under the Director of Donor Journey and adjust plans to reach targets.
  • Track, report, and analyze email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) with actionable recommendations.
  • Regularly update welcome series and onboarding workflows for new subscribers, and optimize for unengaged and lapsed donors across channels.
