Job Summary

Own email copy from concept through final execution for See’s marketing communications, collaborating with creative teams and partners to drive conversion while upholding brand voice and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing partners to align with seasonal initiatives.
  • Ensure copy quality and consistency across communications while promoting best practices and innovation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for a variety of marketing and transactional email communications aligned with See’s voice and brand expression.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, marketing partners, and agencies to develop impactful email copy that integrate with seasonal and 360 marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to email copy development from concept through final execution, ensuring alignment with briefs, timelines, and project goals.
  • Review and proof copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and error-free delivery across all communications.
  • Champion email copy best practices and support digital innovation in partnership with creative, e-commerce, and agency teams.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an email copywriter in an in-house retail or agency environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong copywriting skills, particularly in email.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, solutions-oriented approach to change.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Mac OS and tools including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Figma, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
