Responsibilities

• Connect & Lead Calls: Make connect calls with prospective families to schedule appointments, follow up on missed/canceled visits, and manage lead call outreach to drive enrollment.
• Scheduling Coordination: Maintain appointment calendars, coordinate staff schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups with families and community partners.
• Community & School Outreach: Build relationships with local schools and organizations to promote our programs and events.
• Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop engaging content and manage our social media presence to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Administrative Support: Assist with daily operations, record-keeping, scheduling, and general office tasks.
• Teaching Support: Provide classroom assistance and contribute to a positive learning environment when needed.

Requirements

• Experience with lead calls and appointment scheduling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in teaching or educational settings preferred
• Creative mindset with social media savvy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Passion for serving families and supporting child development
• Flexible schedule (Monday to Thursday 4 pm to 9pm and Saturday 10:30 to 3:30)
