Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in advertising agency environment
  • The Social Editor : You don't just know how to edit—you understand what performs on social platforms. You follow trends, study what works, and can cut content that feels native to Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Motion Graphics Proficiency : You're skilled in After Effects and can create engaging motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects that elevate social content. This isn't optional—motion graphics are a core part of the role.

  • Collaborative : You take direction well, iterate quickly based on feedback, and work seamlessly with DPs, CG artists, and creative teams. You're not precious about your work—you care about what performs.
