Job Summary

Own the marketplace presence by managing and expanding product listings, arranging catalog structure, and driving on-site conversion through search-friendly attributes and optimized content, while aligning with data and marketing to seize growth opportunities.

  • Product listings: keep catalogs searchable, accurate, and optimized across third-party sites.
  • Marketplace optimization: expand product range and improve rankings and conversions through strategic promotions and site attributes.
  • Cross-functional coordination: partner with the Commercial Data Analyst and E‑Commerce Marketing Manager on content, SEO, and promotions to close gaps and resolve marketplace issues.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on third-party websites
  • Update and add new products to increase our product selection
  • Develop strategic plans for leveraging marketplaces to grow business, with a focus on sales trends, promotional opportunities, marketing activities, search ranking improvements, and conversion rate optimization
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing
  • Work closely with Commercial Data Analyst to identify opportunities in products, services, and any marketplace issues to resolve them accordingly
  • Ensure all products in catalogs are fully searchable online
  • Categorical organization and apply website attributes that make our products easy to find
  • Perform optimization of products to increase conversion rate
  • Work closely with E-Commerce Marketing Manager for website content and search engine optimization & strategy

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in eCommerce, online marketing, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of online marketplaces
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently within a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan strategically
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Preferred

  • Experience with product listings, data feeds, and web analytics is strongly preferred
