Job Summary

Own the storefront merchandising engine end to end, from homepage to product pages, while driving conversion and AOV through tested journeys and seasonal launches.

  • Merchandising Ownership: oversee homepage, collections, navigation, search, and promos to optimize discovery and cross-sell
  • Launch & Campaign Ops: manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars with cross-functional readiness
  • Lifecycle & Personalization: partner on lifecycle initiatives, A/B testing, and retention tactics using Klaviyo and site UX improvements

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own merchandising across homepage, collection pages, navigation, search, product recommendations, and promotional placements
  • Execute new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns
  • Build and QA collection pages, landing pages, and merchandising updates
  • Maintain navigation, filters, search merchandising, and product organization
  • Optimize product discovery, cross-selling, upselling, and customer journey flow
  • Ensure desktop and mobile experiences remain polished, intuitive, and conversion-focused
  • Continuously audit the storefront for opportunities to improve conversion rate, average order value, and customer engagement
  • Monitor key ecommerce KPIs, including conversion, AOV, revenue, retention, and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve merchandising, customer journeys, and onsite conversion
  • Build and schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4–7 years of ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital marketing experience
  • Expert knowledge of Shopify (Shopify Plus preferred) and Klaviyo
  • Experience with GA4 and ecommerce reporting
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel
  • Experience managing promotional calendars and product launches
  • Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
  • Experience partnering with designers and developers

Preferred

  • Experience with luxury, premium, fashion, or digitally native consumer brands
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps, A/B testing, and personalization
