Job Summary

Drive Nuna’s eCommerce merchandising, coordinating launches and content across retailer platforms to ensure accurate, on-schedule product presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement approved strategies to enhance the overall online shopping experience for consumers shopping on retail partner websites.
  • Identify and address pain points in the customer journey, liaise with retail partners to determine solutions.
  • Assist the Trade Marketing team in executing and managing data for Nuna Baby & Tavo Pet product launches to ensure products launch on eCommerce retailer channels quickly and accurately. Note: This role does not include our D2C channels.
  • Monitor the product launch calendar to identify new products and changes to launch dates.
  • Conduct day-of-launch audits to confirm accuracy, visibility, and readiness across retailer sites; distribute launch status reports internally.
  • Adhere to retailer content requirements to complete all setup for new SKUs, providing content and attributes via retailer templates.
  • Learn and navigate retailer online portals to manage item setup and reporting.
  • Under the direction of Product and Creative leadership, support the development of assets and track progress to help ensure retailer timelines and specifications are met.
  • Compile approved images, copy, and videos.
  • Supports and maintains the online merchandise presentation across eCommerce retailer channels, ensuring accurate categorization, imagery, videos, copy, pricing, and placement that meet brand standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve product presentation issues in coordination with internal and external partners.
  • Perform regular site audits to verify content accuracy, partner with retailers to enhance content quality, and ensure a consistent consumer experience.
  • Complete assigned post-launch product updates to maintain content accuracy and improve content quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create a consistent online experience and identify opportunities to drive conversion and strengthen consumer relationships.
  • Monitor competitor product pages and category trends to identify opportunities to improve our content.
  • Recommend and implement approved updates that improve product storytelling, clarity, and overall digital shelf quality.
  • Track setup status across all products and retailers; communicate status to internal teams.
  • Provide standard weekly/monthly reporting showing current status and recommendations for improvements.
  • Actively contribute to growth initiatives, including improving our software and workflow capabilities.
  • Flawlessly maintain documents on appropriate file servers and repositories, aid in the adherence to departmental protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, product data management, digital merchandising, or a similar role. Experience in a B2B marketing environment a plus.
  • Experience supporting product launches and ongoing item maintenance across third party eCommerce retailer platforms or marketplaces.
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce product data structures, including attributes, variants, and category hierarchies, and how they are managed within retailer systems.
  • Experience coordinating digital assets (imagery, copy, video) across cross functional teams to meet external partner requirements and timelines.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus in Merchandising, Data Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Ability to interpret and manage structured product data, including attributes, variants, and category hierarchies.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Ability to follow documented processes for highly detailed and repetitive content entry and updates.
  • Comfortable learning and working within third‑party retailer systems, portals, and tools to support item setup, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify content, data, or compliance issues and coordinate resolution with internal and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review site audits, reports, or competitive content and identify practical improvement opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with retail partners.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to serve retailers and consumers while delivering a consistent brand experience.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency, adaptability, and professionalism while maintaining quality under pressure.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite Strong Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Digital Asset Management software; MediaValet preferred.

  • Experience with a global organization in a consumer-packaged goods industry highly desirable.
