Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across retail media platforms
• Execute daily optimizations including bids, budgets, keywords, and audience targeting
• Monitor spend pacing to ensure alignment with ROAS and sales goals
• Continuously test and refine creative, keywords, and placements
• Work directly within Criteo (required) and Pacvue (preferred)
• Leverage platform insights to inform optimizations and performance improvements
• Ensure campaigns are set up accurately with strong attention to detail
• Analyze performance across KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, conversion rate, and sales
• Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce / retail media marketing
• Direct experience executing campaigns across retail platforms
• Experience working in self-service platforms, not just overseeing agencies
• Criteo (must-have)
• Pacvue (strongly preferred)
• Exposure to Instacart or DoorDash is a plus
• Solid understanding of retail media KPIs and optimization levers
