Job Summary
Own the paid media engine across multiple DTC brands, from strategy and testing to attribution and reporting, while also owning site-level optimization and creator partnerships that lift ROAS and revenue.
- Growth Infrastructure: Build and optimize cross-channel campaigns with data-driven pacing and attribution.
- Ecommerce Performance: Align product pages, tracking, and landing experiences to boost conversion and revenue.
- Creator & Content Ops: Source and scale creative through agencies, creators, and UGC partnerships to improve campaign performance.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Manage media buying including audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, testing, tracking, attribution, and performance optimization.
- Develop campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition across multiple DTC brands.
- Partner with agencies, creators, influencers, and internal teams to source and scale high-performing creative.
- Continuously test creative, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and offers to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data, platform best practices, and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day optimization across multiple Shopify storefronts and key retailer websites.
- Update merchandising, product pages, imagery, promotions, and landing pages to improve conversion.
- Ensure tracking, pixels, feeds, and integrations support accurate attribution and reporting.
- Support SEO best practices, onsite search, and product discoverability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, DTC, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Hands-on Shopify experience
- Experience managing Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok advertising
- Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Experience with influencer marketing, UGC, affiliate marketing, or creator partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, DTC, growth marketing, or performance marketing
