Job Summary

Own and scale embedded commerce growth by aligning with partners, optimizing activation and monetization, and building scalable enablement and go-to-market motions.

  • Define data-driven testing roadmaps and experiments to improve activation, engagement, and conversion across partner ecosystems.
  • Create scalable partner enablement and co-marketing programs to boost transactions and customer retention.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Vertical Saas, GPOs, and Other software ecosystems that bring Order.co into their platform as a revenue generating service for their members.
  • Drive adoption and engagement across our Embedded Agentic Commerce platform and marketplace ecosystems
  • Own consultative testing strategies and roadmap for partners to increase activation, monetization, and retention of their Embedded Agentic Commerce products.
  • Create scalable partner enablement and co-marketing programs that increase transaction volume, purchasing activity, and customer retention
  • Own delivery of e-commerce best practices & marketing automation for our customers
  • Partner closely with Product and Partnerships teams to improve onboarding, activation, monetization, and expansion
  • Help define and scale the go-to-market motion for embedded commerce partnerships
  • Own marketing KPIs for customers including activation funnel reporting, ecommerce metrics, and revenue growth
  • Use customer and behavioral data to improve segmentation, engagement, and personalization strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, ecommerce marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or digital growth
  • Experience scaling digital acquisition programs in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, marketplace, payments, or embedded commerce environments
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently and build new processes from scratch
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems without extensive structure or direction
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Ecommerce analytical tools, & product data.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to make decisions and prioritize investments
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skill s

Preferred

  • Agency or consulting experience helping companies improve ecommerce growth metrics, conversion rates, customer acquisition, or monetization
  • Experience working with marketplaces, embedded commerce, procurement, or B2B ecommerce platforms
  • Familiarity with ecosystem, affiliate, channel, or partner marketing motions
  • Experience marketing to multi-location businesses, franchises, education, hospitality, healthcare, or field service industries
  • SQL, BI, or advanced analytics experience
  • Startup or high-growth company experience
