Job Summary

Own the end-to-end eCommerce P&L across Retail, Amazon, and D2C, turning channel data into growth experiments and revenue wins through a test-and-learn culture and a high-performing team.

  • Channel leadership: own forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards; drive growth opportunities and profitability across all channels.
  • Data-to-action: translate metrics into experiments, pricing, and content optimizations to lift conversions, AOV, and LTV.
  • Team and collaboration: mentor eCommerce specialists, set aligned goals, and push ownership and cross-functional partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own total revenue/margin performance across Retail eCommerce (e.g., Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc.) and across Amazon (US, CA, MX) and D2C website (US, CA, MX).
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and manage channel-level forecasts, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Work with development and marketing teams to build a culture of test-and-learn (A/B testing, pricing tests, content optimization).
  • Lead and develop a team of eCommerce specialists across each channel.
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations aligned to company objectives; drive accountability through regular performance reviews and business updates.
  • Coach team members to improve analytical thinking, execution, and ownership mindset.
  • Bring forward new ideas to drive incremental revenue; explore new channel opportunities and promotional strategies.
